This project was one of the first, when conceived, which considered the demolition of an aging suburban office building and replacing it with a residential use in Fairfax County. Ultimately, Park and Valley become home to a linear park and home to 54 townhomes near the Metro Silver Line. LDC was responsible for its full suite of services and believes this community is representative of the type of placemaking you would expect in Reston.
