This store is located in Prince William County and was done in partnership with the owner and operator who are seeking to scale their product within the region. LDC has supported this client in their expansion efforts and this was our first store we worked to deliver for them. We are proud to have helped this client navigate the challenging entitlement process and supported their efforts as they earned approval of a Special Use Permit for the proposed use and worked closely with the elected officials to address potential impacts to the neighborhood. LDC was responsible for its full suite of services and included Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Land Survey and Land Development Engineering.
